Great Day of Model Railroad activities and Fun!  The Plant City Meet returns after a two year hiatus!

8:30 a.m. - Registration begins.

For those interested in Hand On Clinic Ray Hazen will be instructing “Getting Started with Arduino” Cost of the class is an additional $15.  Requirements for this class  Attendees bring their laptop that is WIFI capable via a USB port.  PCs preferred. Attendees receive an Arduino Uno and USB cable, a small DC motor, and two LEDs, wired to plug into the Arduino.  Clinic will include downloading the free IDE for Arduino code development, running several sample programs, and writing and using a user sketch. If you are interested in this class please email Gilbert Thomas, Jr. at

The club has operating layouts in HO, N, G and O-27 along with the Carwin Baxter Museum.

Bring a friend who might be new to the area and interested in the model railroading hobby. This will be a great time and day for all.

If you are interested in having a model judged for NMRA merit please call and make arrangements.

Also we encourage everyone to bring a favorite building model, train car or locomotive for display and share with everyone.  You do not need to be a member of the NMRA to attend.
